Spring Cleaning
Many people use the coming of Spring as the time to get rid of old things, clean their houses from top to bottom and to prepare for the change in seasons. What are you doing to clean your life spiritually?

From a spiritual perspective, we should always take the time to ensure that our lives are clean and free from sin and that we are prepared for the end times and the 2nd coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Don't be distracted by the latest headlines related to the election, celebrities, album releases, and your favorite sports team. There are many things happening right in front of us but unless you have the discernment to see it, you will surely be deceived into thinking that "All is Well" and there's still time to live life as if things are not about to change.
So, how do we prepare?
Brothers & Sisters in Christ:
Continue to press toward the mark! Don't grow weary in well doing for you shall reap if you faint not!
Take this time to increase your faith and strengthen your walk with God by increasing prayer, fasting and studying the Word of God. Ask God to reveal and remove anything in your life that may have taken your focus off Him.
Lukewarm / Backsliders:
For those who are in a lukewarm condition or feel like God is no longer close to you, if you are able to read this, you still have a chance to come back to God! Repent and do your first work over. Draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you (James 4:8).
Jeremiah 3:22 says, Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings.
Unsaved / Non-Believers:
If you do not know Jesus Christ and have not made Him Lord and Savior of your life, I urgently encourage you to take the necessary steps to ensure that you receive eternal life by:
Acknowledging, confessing and repenting of your sins.
Confessing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died for your sins but rose again on the 3rd day and is ALIVE!
Accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life.
Seeking and praying to be filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost
Being baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of your sins.
Live a sanctified and holy life.
In closing, remember the following Scriptures:
John 3:16-17 KJV
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
2 Peter 3:9 AMPC (Amplified Classic)
9 The Lord does not delay and is not tardy or slow about what He promises, according to some people's conception of slowness, but He is long-suffering (extraordinarily patient) toward you, not desiring that any should perish, but that all should turn to repentance.
May God Bless You!
