Did You Know?

We often take for granted the things we say or do as most things are done without much thought or care. But, what if you knew you had to answer for every word or deed you've ever spoken or done? Would your perspective change?

The Bible says the following:

We will have to give an account for every idle word spoken (Matthew 12:36 KJV)

We will be judged for the things we've done whether good or bad. (2 Corinthians 5:10 KJV)

Now think for a moment....

Are you truly happy with the things you speak or do?

You may say -

"There's nothing wrong with what I do, at least I'm not hurting anyone else."

BUT

Proverbs 16:2 NLT says,

People may be pure in their own eyes, but the Lord examines their motives.

Proverbs 26:25 NLT says,

There is a path before each person that seems right, but it ends in death.

"I'm trying to do what's right but it's hard."

BUT

Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV says,

v5 - Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

v6 - In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.

"I do and say what I feel because I trust myself more than I trust God."

BUT

Matthew 15:18-19 KJV says,

v18 - But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.

v19 - For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:

Proverbs 3:7 KJV says,

Be not wise in thine own eyes: Fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

If you were to leave this earth today, would God be pleased with what you've said or done?

This is said with no condemnation, but with love and concern for ALL.

We are living in the last days before Jesus comes back. Will you be prepared to meet Him when He comes?

If you're not sure, you can start making preparations today!

If you're ready to be set free from guilt, shame and condemnation, you can start with this prayer:

God, I know that I am a sinner and I need a Savior.

I want to turn away from my sinful life and to the life You have planned for me.

Please forgive me of my sins.

Cleanse me of my past and make me a new creation in You.

I know Your Son, Jesus Christ, died for me and I believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead.

At this very moment, I accept, confess, and proclaim Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior to live in my heart from this day forward.

Thank you God for the grace that has saved me from my sins and given me eternal life.

Please send your Holy Spirit to dwell in me, to renew my mind and to guide me for the rest of my life.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen!

If you've prayed this prayer with sincerity, you are now a new creature in Christ!

We encourage you to find a Bible-teaching church or feel free to follow us for Biblical teaching.

Continue to pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues.

Be Baptised in Jesus' name for the remission of your sins.

Live Holy

Study the Word of God.

May God Bless You and Keep You until the Day of His Coming
